Don will be applying for the Keystone Farming Degree this Fall and if he should win the award for outstanding FFA work, he would be the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Lewis, who will begin his studies at Delaware Valley College this Fall, has been awarded an honor scholarship. Kenneth is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George M. Lewis of 606 Stony Battery Road, Landisville. The scholarships are awarded to incoming fresh men whose scores and classroom records indicate that they have the potential to be outstanding students. These scholarships, in the amount of $500.00, are renewable each year providing the recipient maintains high academic and citizenship standards. This is the second year for the honor scholarship program. Kenneth is a graduate of Hempfield High School and he will be majoring in Animal Husbandry.
