The winning photographs will compete m national competition during National 4-H Congress December 1-5, in Chicago. The state winners were presented with $25 awards in the memory of Carl Dossin, Jr., Extension Visual Aid Specialist. Leaders for the club are Mrs. John Nissley, Mt. Joy, and Mr. Dan Hoy, Lan caster. The winning photographers were: Phillip Landis, “The Garden Window”; Trudy Nissley, “Barley Field”; Darwin Nissley, “How ‘bout a cup o’ coffee Jake?”; and Tim Swarr, “The Spinner”. Vegetables and flowers were judged by Arnold Lueck, Assistant County Agent. The club members exhibited varieties of vegetables from their gardens. A first year member, Scott Wenger was named Grand Champion exhibitor. Carl Hershey, second year member, was reserve champion winner. A Red Ribbon was received by Michael Rhoads.
