Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator overnight or until needed. When ready to use, punch down dough and pinch off one third. Cover remaining dough and store in refrigerator. It will keep 2-3 days. Using 1-3 of dough roll out to % inch thickness on a well floured board. Cut out doughnuts with floured cutter. Place on floured cookie sheet. And let rise until double in size. Fry doughnuts in deep-fat until 360 degrees. Drain. Glaze with: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons soft butter, V« teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
