York Co. 4-H Livestock Judges The York County 4-H Livestock Judging Contest was held at the Warrington Green Farms, Wellsville, owned by Dr. & Mrs. George Kushner. The contest facilities were made ready by George Dutrey, manager of Warrington Green Farms. There were nine counties present with 75 4-H members participating. In a bowl, com bine mixed vegetables, cauliflow er. 1 cup thinly sliced celery and Vi cup finely chopped onion; set aside. Mix 8 tablespoons salad oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, IVi teaspoons salt, % teaspoon sugar and 1/16 teaspoon hot pep per sauce. Pour over vegetable mixture. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Just before serving add 2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna fish, drained and chunked. Arrange vegetables and tuna as desired on large lettuce lined platter. Yields six portions. Holsteins Classified Harold G. and Donald L. Bollinger, Willow Maple Farm, Newmanstown reported that his registered herd of Holsteins were classified for body con formation on July 16. The scoring was done by an official classifier of the Holstein - Fresian Association.
