’Crinefetoga • Vailey Baby Beef Club 4.H Club New Holland 4-H Baby Beef Club held its seventh meeting for the dub year on June 17th at the home of Cindy and Gleam Yoder of Morgantown. Galen Yoder, past members of the dub con ducted a demonstration on ' Streaking Stitchers The second meeting of the Quarryville Streaking Stitchers 4-H Club was held Monday afternoon June 24, at the Solanco High School. Sewing leaders are Ruth Ackers and Diane Gicker, assisted by Donna Ackers. Officers for the club were elected, they are as follows: treasurer, Linda Akers and news reporter, Debbie Herr. Officers elected were: Betsy Leininger, President; Patti Greg, vice-president; Cindy Rlsser, secretary; Barby Leininger, treasurer; Cindy Risser, news reporter. Silver 4-H Club Silver Spurs 4-H Club held its monthly meeting at the home of Cherri Gochnauer. The meeting opened with three demonstrations: Cherrie Gochnauer on grooming and showmanship, Robert Keeney on grooming a horse and Margaret Keeney on horsemanship. Randy Click introduced the special guests at the meeting, Jay Irwin and a former leader, Mrs. Rehm. Click then led the club pledge. Jay Irwin gave a talk to the club on the coming events and how to par South Mountain 4-H Club Two films entitled “Plan and Plant for Beauty” and “Safe Use of Garden Pesticides” were shown *at the meeting of the South Mountain 4-H dub held at the Lebanon Area Fair Grounds. Nineteen members, six leaders, and'five visitors attended the meeting.
