A big bit of beef can be divided and sectioned for stew, sliced for sandwiches, and subse quently frozen for later use. Or, cook more of one dish than your family can eat at one meal, and freeze the rest, to save yourself some time too. Store it carefully. Airtight packaging is the secret of success in freezing foods.
