Hughes, Penn State Extension farm management specialist and conference chairman. “It is designed to provide information and serve as a catalyst to assist farm leaders in dealing with legislation through the normal democratic channels,” he added. Mr. Hughes points out that the Pennsylvania Cooperative Extension Service plans to follow this conference with a series of regional meetings in 1975 to reach more agricultural leaders in Pennsylvania. The Honorable Jane Alexander, Deputy Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, will serve as banquet speaker March 27 discussing “What Does the Consumer Want?” well below the ratio required to meet “Superior Sire” classification which is 4.50, while “Excellent Sire” and “Good Sire” classifications require ratios of 4.75 and 5.00.
