The new president is Roy Sauder. First vice-president is Gene Gehman, and Dennis Saylor is second vice-president. Elected as secretary was Bob Hershey; Dwight Martin, treasurer, Ron Kreider, reporter, Ruby Cinder, assistant reporter, Kevin Rohrer, sentinel, Pheasant Project For Solanco FFA Chapter The members of Solanco FFA are again this year conducting a Pheasant Project. Each year many nngneck pheasants, quail, doves, and other small animals and birds choose the farmer’s hay and grain fields to nest and raise their young. Through no fault of the farmer, many of these creatures are destroyed during the nesting season when the first hay is cut. The Chapter voted to have president Roy Sauder and treasurer Dwight Martin attend the National FFA Washington Conference for FFA officers from July 9 to 14 at the expense of the Chapter.
