The four wheat promotion projects are: (1( development of an educational film on wheat marketing; (2) participation in an industry-sponsored national program to improve the image of agriculture and wheat producers; (3) stimulation of consumer interest in wheat and wheat products through the National Sandwich Month and Contest; and (4) expansion of the National Day of Bread Program. Authorized by the Wheat Research and Promotion Act of 1970 (84 Stat.BBs), the projects are financed from funds remaining from the 1968 sales of export marketing certificates for wheat not claimed by producers. The four projects are estimated to cost $101,375. The Wheat Research and Promotion Program is ad- ministered by the National Wheat Institute.
