During some periods usage of the facility is approaching the practical maximum, and for many weeks of the coming year the Farm and Home Center is already almost fully booked. Rental income from office space is also up - not because rental rates were increased, but because additional space is being rented. The Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate School Unit requested additional space for their expanding needs the beginning of the year. The board voted to convert the large un finished basement into office space which was completed in the fall and is now in use. By early fall the morgage debt was down to $BO,OOO. With the cost of converting the basement office space totalling about $25,000, additional borrowing was necessary so that the total in debtedness now stands at $105,000.
