In the Kitchen SHRIMP AND BEAN STUFFED TOMATOES 6 large tomatoes v 2 ib. cooked, deveined shrimp 1 pkg. cut frozen green beans, cooked J /4 tsp. powdered mustard Va cup olive oil 1 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tsps. instant minced onion 1/16 tsp. ground black pepper Cut Va -inch slices from stem end of each tomato, scoop out centers and dice. Drain and chill. Save 6 whole shrimp for garnish; dice re maining shrimp and com bine with diced tomato and beans in medium bowl. Re frigerate. Mix powdered mustard with V2 -teaspoon warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine mustard with remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over to mato mixture. Refrigerate.
