Hallowell is a former president of the Bucks County PFA (Penn sylvania Farmers Association) and is president of the Penn State Agriculture Alumni Association. Entertainment will be provided by the winner of the regional PFA talent contest, Kay Weaver, from Lancaster County, Miss Weaver will be representing Lancaster County in the State PFA talent contest in November. Included on the agenda for the business meeting will be election of officers and several board members as well as a vote on county policy. Additional policy will be accepted by the Policy Department Committee until the night of the banquet. William Guhl serves as chairman of the committee. Price for tickets is $3 per person.
