One of several in novations on this year’s schedule will be continuing education program dealing with disposal problems unique to the operation of a dairy farm. The luncheon meeting will be held in the large arena during the noon break in judging, Thursday, September 28, 1972 Milford R. Heddleson, environmental coordinator, College of Agriculture, Pennsylvania State University, will serve as chairman The theme of the program is “How Dairy Farmers Can Live With New Pollution Laws.” A discussion period will follow three brief presentations. The film, “Man’s Effect on Environment,” will open the session George B.
