He participated actively in the formation of the National Con ference of Student Chapters of the AVMA and was elected national chairman of the NCSC legislative committee He at tended NCAC in Guelph, On tario, and AVMA in Los Vegas and testified before U S Senate and House subcommittees in be half of veterinary medicine schools.
