The President Nancy Barley called the meeting to order with 51 members and eight adults attending. It was decided to have dues remain the same as last year. Signs also were distributed to airports in neighboring sections of Mary land. The Weather Modification Board, an agency in the State Agriculture Department, also will maintain aerial reconnais sance in areas of suspected cloud seeding.
