Solanco Team Wins Again In FFA Parliamentary Procedure The Solanco High School FFA Parliamentary Procedure team made it two consecutive wins Wednesday night when they topped the Area Contest held at Eastern High School in York County The same team had won in County competition held March 25 at Manheim High School. They now go on to the Regional Contest to be held Tuesday, May 6 at Millersville State Teachers College. Ephrata High School FFA, the second place team in the county competition, also placed second in the area contest this week in a tie with Red Lion High School from York County.
