by the Lititz Spoilsman’s Asso
ciation last Monday night.
Circulated during the meet
ing was a petition seeking the
bait of the mining project and
when sufficient names are se
cured on it, it will be submitted
to the Callahan Mining Com
pany
The land to be mined is north
of Lititz in Elizabeth and West
Cocalico Twps, where nearly
2,500 acres of farmland is al
ready under option to the Calla
