Andrew Ludwig who operates the Ephrata Hatchery and giows approximately 90,000 tur keys, emphasized the necessity of good management practices and a good accounting system so a grower knows his exact cost He feels that this would be ad vantageous to have turkey hatching eggs produced in Pennsylvania to help reduce poult cost.
