Legislative leaders from 40 of the 50 States were in attendance. WKmW mmmm Sunday my return plane did n’t leave until 6:00 P.M. so I had most of Sunday for a little sight seeing also. The main tnernes of the sessions -were: “The Press Looks at the Legislature” “The States and Their Fu- ture” “Legislators; Posture and Image” “Federal Aids and State Matching Fund Programs” One evening we were the guests of the Mayoress of San Juan and another of the eve nings we were the guests of the Governor of Puerto Rico. At the closing banquet on Saturday evening we had Sen ator Edward Kennedy as the mam speaker. I found him to be very personable and a knowledgeable speaker. It is amazing to find that the mam problems we have m Pennsylvania are, by and large, the main problems of the other States also. Most Royer Cow And Nissley Herd Top Oct.
