MARKET SHOW In a live evaluation contest, eight pairs of littermates were entered for certification; only three qualified. Carcass analy sis of the cut-up entries showed the top pair belonged to Phyllis Paine of York County, with an average of 1 15 inches backfat; 30.8 inch es length; 425 sq inches loin eye, and 38.8 percent ham loin. According to John Henkel of Willow Glen Farm, the Club was well pleased with the success of the show. They served 275 meals of barbe cued pork chops, which slight ly exceeded their expectations.
