GERANIUMS NEED LIGHT
Direct sunlight promotes the
vigorous growth of geraniums
and the plants will bloom con
tinually, says Penn State ex
tension floriculture specialists.
Geraniums need several hours
of direct sunlight every day.
The plants grow well in south
windows, hut may be placed in
east or west windows provid
ing the sun will shine on them
a few hours each day. In shade,
geranuims develop long thin
stems, small leaves, and few
flowers.

Use two pounds of 10-64 ferti
