LANCASTER POULTRY CENTER Prices Slip Fractionally Broiler prices sagged only fractionally this week at the Lancaster Poultry Center. A total of 85,200 broilers in 17 lots crossed the block at prices of 17 S to 18.9, but only one lot of 800 WhVe Van tress at nine weeks sold for more than 18.2. Over 90 per cent of the sales were be tween 17.8 and 18. All broilers on sale were sold. Two lots of pullets, contain ing 2250 head, were withdrawn from sale at the bids of 30 andf 30.4. One lot of 1,600 pullets were sold at 21. Three lots of 2,425 roasters brought 22.5 to 26. Two lots of leghorn fowl brought 9 4 and 9.8 for the 1,600 head.
