Add half the flour and beat until smooth. Add -yeast to water and let stand 3 to 5 minutes Stir to dissolve. -Pour yeast inlp cooled millc-mixture with rolled oats, raisins, nuis, cranberries, spices/- and egg. Stir in more flour‘d little at a time until dough gleans the sides of bowl and can be ■handled. Turn out onto cloth covered board and knead a bout 5 minutes —until ball of dough feels springy under hand Round up dough and place in greased bowl Turn to grease all sides Cover and let rinse in warm place until dent remains when fing er is pressed into sides of dough—about 1 -hour Meaa whi'e, grease 2 bread pans, 5x9x3-mches.
