Milk Hearing Is Rescheduled Second Time The joint public hearing to consider amending fluid milk prices in Northeastern mark ets has been rescheduled to open Dec. 6 in New York City, instead o£ Oct. 3, a a previously announced. Subject of the hearing will be Class I (fluid) milk prices under the Federal orders reg ulating milk handling in the following marketing areas; Boston, Springfield, Worces ter, Connecticut, Southeast ern New England (Rhode Is land and part of Massachus etts), New York-New Jersey, Philadelphia, and WLming ton The date for submitting additional proposals to be brought before the joint hearing also was extended.
