dessert, ingredients are:
3 cups of cantaloupe puree
% cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
% teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated
gelatin
% cup cool water

Soak gelatin in cool water 5
minutes to soften, then dis

mixture slowly to softened
