Place Mozzarella che ese slices over meat; spread cottage cheese on Mozzarella 'Top with a layer of remain ing meat mixture and nood les Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven until heated through. CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SOUR CREAM NOODLES Vi cup enriched flour l¥z teaspoons salt V* teaspoon pepper" Ya teaspoon poultry seas oning 6 chicken breats Cooking oil 8 ounces broad noodles 1 cup dairy sour cream Vi teaspoon onion salt Va cup milk 3 tablespoons chopped chives Combine flour, salt, pep per arid poultry seasoning. Coat chicken breasts with floui mixture. Heat oil in large, heavy skillet Add chicken and brown well on all sides. Cover and reduce heat. Cook until chicken is tender, 50 to 60 minutes. While chicken is cooking, cook noodles in boiling salt ed water until tender (about 5 minutes). Drain. Combine sour cream, onion salt, milk and chives. Fold into drained noodles Serve with chicken. Makes 6 servings. With these chicken breas ts you might like to serve buttered asparagus, a green salad or shimmering gelatin mold, and hot roll.
