Good and Choice 800-1050 lb. feeder steers sold at 25 00 to 29 00 with two lots weigh ing 800 & 869 lbs grading high Choice included at 29. and Medium and Good made ?2-26. Good and Choice sfc . 800 lb. stock steers brought 26 50-30 00, Medium & Good scored 23.00-27 50. Few lots Good and low Choice calves reached 30 00-31.50. CALVES; Receipts will to tal about 575 head compared with 791 head last week. Trading was moderately ac tive. Vealers sold strong to 100 higher Good & Choice vealers made 29.00-37 00 with Choice and Prime making 37.00-42.00 with, a few at 43 00. Standard and low Good made 21 00-29.00 and Utility sold at 17 00-20 00 CATTLE: Receipts will to tal about 3675 head compar ed with 4029 head last week. Supply includes about 50 per cent slaughter steers and 40 per cent stackers and feed ers. Compared with last week’s close, slaughter steers were fully 50 higher with spots 75 higher on high Choice & Prime.
