cornstarch until thickened.

Dissolve gelatin in hot wa
ter. Chill until partially set
Mix remaining ingredients.
Fold into partially set gela
tin. Pour into a 1 quart mold
or individual molds and chill
until firm. Unmold on let
tuce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

1 cup hot water

Vi cup diced celery
U cup chopped walnuts
1 cup commercial sour
cream
Dissolve gelatin in hot wa
ter. Let chill until slightly
thickened. Beat cranberry
sauce with beater until sau
cy. Stir into gelatin with
celery and walnuts. Fold in
sour cream. Pour into a 1-
quart mold and chill until
firm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
