FHA Personnel Attend Annual
Farm Management Conference

ministration in Pennsylvania at
tended the Fourth Annual Farm
and Office Management Gofer
ence at the Pennsylvania State
University, University Park, on
May 14 and 15.
The purpose of the Confer
ence was to give a refreshei
course in farm management prac
tices, and im’prove office manage
mant routines in all of the coun
ty offices to provide better serv-'
ices to farm families The Agn
cultural Extension Service of the
Pennsylvania State University
provided the instructions and
training for the refresher cours
es.
ONE OF THE features of the
Conference was a banquet and
the presentation of a Certificate
of Merit to Mr and Mrs Leidv
H Lewis, HI, Chalfont A Certi
ficate of Merit was present to the
County Supervisor, A Rudolph
Yolk, in behalf of Mr and Mrs
Ellworth C Maxton, R 4, West
Chester, who were unable to be
present, by Darrll A Dunn, As
sis ( ant administrator These cer

standing achievement on the
farm, m the home, and in seiv
ice to their community
