The purpose of the Confer ence was to give a refreshei course in farm management prac tices, and im’prove office manage mant routines in all of the coun ty offices to provide better serv-' ices to farm families The Agn cultural Extension Service of the Pennsylvania State University provided the instructions and training for the refresher cours es.
