The average price for 69,250 broilers was only 1819 cents with a range of from 17 14 to 19’i cents This compares with an average of 19 92 cents paid for 57,420 birds paid at the corresponding sale a year ago At the recent sale two lots, 1,350 head, of Leghorns sold for 13 i cents and a lot of 375 cock erels went at 15 cefits.
