The legal procedure in Pennsylvania for changing one’s name is prescribed by the Act ot April 18, 1923, PL. 75, Sec tion 1, et seq, 54 Purdons Sta tutes, Section 1, et seq Change is accomplished by petitioning the Court of Common Pleas in the coufrty which you reside for such name change, setting forth adequate reasons and documen tary proof in support thereof. Such petition is advertised in loca'l newspapers and legal jour nals, and a hearing is held thereafter by the Court, at which the petitioner introduces testi mony in support of his request for change of name It is prob able that the name change proce dure could be accomplished with out too much difficulty in your case, but it is suggested you con sult an attorney who can advise you specifically and inform you of the probable cost. Cover with a lid and simmer over this lew heat 14 minutes Remove the .sauce pan from the heat but leave the lid on 10 minutes.. ' 1 Stir in the-% cup milk, .eggs, turkey, green pepper, Onion, pi miento, salt, pepper and CelOiy salt. Max thoroughly. Pour into a heavily-greased loafpart hold ing at least' 6- cups. Place the loaf pan m a_pan of hot watei Bake m a pre-hearted 350'*F oven 114 hours Or until the loaf is firm and a silver knife in serted in the center comes out clean but slightly moist. Remove the loaf from the pan of hot water. Cut around the edges and down the sides and ends of the loaf pan. Allow the loaf to stand 10 minutes. Place a large plate over the loaf pan and invert. Place the serving plattei over the loaf and mveit again so the browned top of the loaf will bp up. Serve with a sauce made by heating together the 1 cup of milk and the con densed cream of mushroom soup. This recipe makes 8 to 10 gen erous servings. Fri., and Sat.
