Delmastro, starting third basemen and lead off hitter from Sout Philadelphia is still unsure of whether or not he plans on staying at Delco Other colleges such as Temple University and Ryder University are keepin an eye on him as a possible recruit. Delmastro in the past has played short stop or second base, but is transi tioning his way into third, since upperclassmen have "dibs" on the other posi tions. "It's a nice environment. I have a lot of friends here on campus, and on the team. I've been playing with a lot of these guys for most of my life," said Delmastro. | Most exciting thing you've ever done- I have a tattoo that means a lot to me. It's the number 13 with Truth written over it. It was my dad's number, and in Italian, the number 13 is lucky. Uddin is one of three freshman players on the men's soccer team this year. "I do like the campus though, its quiet, and all the faculty members are helpful." - Uddin, who is from West Philadelphia is a Business/accounting major and plans on staying at Delco until he can graduate. One deciding factor for his decision to come to Delco had a lot to do with the fact that the sports teams are now four-year programs. Uddin (defense and midfield) doesn't work outside of school so that he can keep up with his school work, and still be on sports teams. He also plays basketball, football, hockey, baseball, frisbee, "and every other sport out there," said Uddin.
