Various activities, demonstrations, and exhibits are being planned for this fun-filled, exciting week. Some of these include a Leg Contest and a cheerleading demonstration. In addition to these, the Karate Club is planning a demonstration, the Student Activities Commission will be having a Halloween par- ty, the Rifle Club will be holding an exhibit and Reverend Mile’s Christian Involvement will be perform- ing a quartet. Watch for more details for this entertaining week in which everyone is invited to come out, enjoy themselves, and especially get involved. A concert, dance, banner contest and other activities along with all of the com- monwealth campuses are be- ing planned for the eventful day. Provost Dr. Edward Eddy from University Park is coming to this campus to meet with students, faculty, and staff. He will ar- rive on October 30 at 8:45. For the first time in several years, home football tickets are available on a game-to-game basis. Recent expansion of Beaver Stadium has had a major impact on this year's ticket sales, accor- ding to the Athletic Department. Tickets for non-students were sold out in eal July. Game- -by- game tickets are still available for three of the four remaining home games — Miami, Fla. (Nov. 1), North Carolina State (Nov. 8), and Pittsburgh (Nov. 28). The Homecoming game with Syracuse (Oct. 18) was sold out in advance. Student tickets remain for all three games, while date tickets remain for Miami and N.C. State only.
