to present features, columns, and editorials in the interest

Students' letters should include the term, major, and
campus of the writer. Letters from the alumni, faculty, and
staff should include the major and year of graduation of the
writer. Letters must be signed with name, address, and phone
number in order to be printed. All letters should be slipped
underneath the office door or may be mailed to: The Pennsyl-
vania State University; Hazleton Campus; Highacres; Hazleton,
PA. 18201; ATTENTION: THE HIGHACRES COLLEGIAN.
The editor reserves the right to edit or not publish
any letter(s) which fail to meet the above requirements.

are 4-7 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 12-2 p.m.
on Tuesday and Thursday. Other hours can be arranged by ap-

my return to Russia, I
filed an application for
the adoption of Jacob. In
that short span of . time, I
grew to love him like a
son. Approxiamtely 5 months
after my return home, Jacob
was legally my son.
Yet I was still not
satisfied with my life. I
knew that Russia had not
been suitable for my family
and I through the years and
I ralized that it would not
be suitable for Jacob.
Thus, I applied for visas
for myself and my family to
depart Russia in order for
us to have a successful,
healthy, and happy life in
the United States. We were
very lucky because it only
