The words to this piece are a dapted from Lewis Carroll's fa mous poem in Alice in Wonder land. In addition to the work oh the spring concert, a fund raising campaign, sponsored by the ICC is now underway. The purpose of this campaign is to finance a proposed trip to Florida sometime in May. The first project will be a hoagie sale, and orders can be given to any member of the HCC. The hoagies will be sold for 850, and will be delivered either Feb. 26th or 27th. Jumpeter and Shaevel On Sat. April 19, Mr. Joseph Jumpeter, music director and instructor at the Hazleton Campus, will be presenting a voice recital in C-1. Mr. Leonard JShaevel, will accompany him on piano. An ensemble will be featured consisting ofs Dr. and Mrs. Covert, and Mr. and Mrs. Brecken ridge, on recorders; Miss Christie Lerch, on the harpsichord; Miss Lucy Ann Santarsiero, on the violin; Miss Chris Slovik, on the organ; and Miss Evelyn Ashenfelter, on the bassoon. Also, a select group of the Hazleton Campus Chorus will present a medley of modern songs. Selections of music are made from each of the Renaissance, Baroque, Ro mantic, and Modern periods. Among the pieces to be presented at the recital, is an aria from Bach's Can- tata 34 entitled "Wohl Such." This is usually performed on r Pentecostal Sunday, and Bach makes use of material from his marriage cantata in "this piece.
