The program will begin at 8 p.m., and there is no charge for students. All others will be chargeed $l.OO for admission. Segal, who started studying guitar at seven, had studied with Jose Thomas (who was a prodigy of Andre Segovia) in Spain, and Peter Colonna, who has spent summers working with Segovia. Segal is presently a college stu dent at Temple University but is also a teacher at Settlement Music other plans. Sign up as early as possible to aid in making arrangements. Miss Cook, who debuted in a re cital at Philadelphia's famed Academy of Music in 1965, is rapidly making a name for her self in the music world. Her florid singing of the Mad Scene from Lucia di Lammermoor earned the soprano a standing ovation. The Philadelphia Inquirer said of Miss Cook that she has a ‘`. . pure, accurate voice that served her well through the showy role (Lucia) . . . a techni cian of taste and musical solidar ity."
