In contrast, students at Penn State's University Park Campus have chalked up a victory of sorts in last year's furor over undergradu— ate women not being permitted to visit the apartments of male stu dents. Revised regulations, approved by the Administrative Committee on Stu dent Affairs, provide for a . oarental permission system to allow students to entertain in, and to be enter- tained in, apartments which are used as living quarters by students. Changes in the names of two Col leges of the University were recent— ly apTroved by the Board of Trustees to better reflect the work of the Colleges. The College of Home Economics was designated the College of Human De velopment and the College of Mineral Industries was renamed the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. Those who have not yet done so may still purchase the new 1966-67 year book. Sophomores who have not yet obtained last year's may pick them up in the Otto F.
