National Education Criteria For Performance Excellence Seminar On Tuesday, April 29 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., the School of Science, Engineering and Technology will sponsor a seminar by Dean R. Hooper and Donald Parrish, who will provide a brief overview of the national criteria, core values, approach, deployment, and results assessment in the ABET accreditation process, and make a direct link to their effective use. More specifically this recent focus has increased the emphasis on: outcomes based lie formance metrics; outside-in focus to better serve students and stakeholders; continuous improvement in the educational de-lively system; flexibility in approach to and deployment of limited resources; and anticipation of market segment needs and emerging challenges.
