Earth Day Rainy But Not Miserable Earth Day may have been a rainy day, but the lobby of Olmsted was still rocking! Since most of the other festivities were cancelled due to the cold weather, the main event seemed to be the lobby. Two bands pro vided entertainment throughout the afternoon. Starling, who reign from Canada, started off the day. There wasn’t a huge crowd, but the band was good enough to keep some groupies around. It must be noted that the Canadians took a real liking to our Nittany Lion! Jake’s Kitchen is local, but just as good. There was even a visit from the Easter bunny! Everyone enjoyed the bunless hotdogs provided by SGA, and made sure that they ate after they tried out the simulator machine. Thanks to Jeremiah Sensenig who coordinated the event and stuck with it regardless of the bad weather. Better luck next year!
