Although celebrations of
women’s history often target
students in the public school
systems, the activities are not
limited to this group of learners.
Colleges across the country also
observe the third month of the
year in a variety of special ways,
and PSH is no exception.
On March 22, Patrice Gaines
will present a lecture titled
“Women in Politics” in the
Gallery Lounge. From now until
March 24, the Gallery Lounge
will also host an exhibit by
Martina Johnson-Alien entitled
“A Gathering of Women, A
Healing Place, 1,000
Expressions of Life,” to con
clude the observance of
Women’s History Month.
