Handed out bags of candy and covered by insurance or by other means is paid for by the fund. This second annual event drew in a crowd of about 80 par ticipants and 28 contestants. Contestants were called to the stage one by one and described to the audience. The crowd bid on any contestant they chose. Bids ranged from $6 to a high of $7O, providing a nice profit for the Four Diamonds Fund. The top dollar amounts were $7O for Deanna Klinger and $65 for Matt Williams. Complainant heard screaming and yelling discovered to be juveniles being loud. Advised them to lower the noise. November 7,1999 1:03 p.m. Traffic stop at University and Alumni Drives. Spare keys brought to the scene. November 9, 1999 7:50 a.m. Traffic complaint. Report of a Jeep driving reck lessly. Issued verbal warning to owner. 4:42 p.m. Possible domestic. Flagged down by motorist who advised there was a possible domestic ongoing in a black sedan on West Harrisburg Pike at campus entrance. The vehicle was stopped and it was deter mined they were having an argument. 6:00 p.m. Fire. Complainant reported he extinguished a small tanbark fire at the entrance to the new library building.
