A Constitutional Revision Committee must review all amendments to the itution, as well as all bylaws. The chairperson shall be the Vice President. The ters will consist of two Justices, chosen by the Chief Justice, two Senators, one and one Senior chosen by the President, and the Chair of the Meeting. Amendments A) The Senate, with the recommendation of the Constitutional Revision Committee, must approve all amendments with a two-thirds majority vote. B) Then the student body must vote by a two-thirds majority to pass an amendment to this constitution. Bylaws A) May be amended by a two thirds vote of the Senate This constitution shall become effective when it has been passed by the SGA Senate with a two-thirds majority vote and then voted on b; the student body which can approve it with a two-thirds majority vote. If this Constitution passes the ratification process it will go into effect on June 1, 1998. Upon becoming effective, all other Student Government and Student Court Constitutions will be rendered null and void.
