Campus fti. ommentary ;Capitol TIM. Friday, March 16, 1984 Question: Describe your experience with the bookstore. "Frustrating. There seems to be no order with books. . .poor on supplies which seem more expensive than at the local drugstore." Rick Begley M.D.E.T. "The bookstore is effieient- ly run. They've had everything I've needed so far. Prices of books are high but they (bookstore person- nel) don't dictate them." Chris Kennedy M.D.E.T. "Other than the fact prices keep going up, they just started having re-used books, which I like. I think it should be run by the col- lege rather than privately." "Book prices are high, but the ladies who work there are very nice. They have most of the stuff I need." Karen Hasseleman Business "For the size of the campus it's a little small. My biggest complaint is trying to find books in the beginning of the term." Gene Brenzal Business Jim Cornwell M.D.E.T. "I found lines a little too long; waiting in line presented a problem. I think its great that the store will be bigger." Jan Stoltz Education "Well, they sell log sheet graph paper at seven cents a peice instead of letting us buy the whole packet like at University Park. Other than that, not too bad--just a lit tle small." Miles Lebo E.D.E.T. "Well, I'm on the Bookstore Committee. Right now it's in the middle of a transition. I don't think they're going to do anything with it until the new one comes into being." Anthony Kanakis E.D.E.T. "Pretty poor. It's hard to find stuff because everything is unorganized. When you go to get a book things are mixed up." "I think it's small. It definitely needs more space, but books are easy to find. I would like to see more variety of things car- Lynn Colb Public Administration Page 7 Vince Pasquini M.D.E.T. ried."
