Capitol celebrates birthday Capitol Campus’ 17th birthday party is from 8:00 p.m. until mid night in the Student Center tomorrow night. Grad entrance test workshop offered The Counseling Center is offering a workshop today on Graduate School Entrance Tests. The purpose of the workshop is to prepare and familiarize students with the nature of standardized tests. Cieniewicz exhibit scheduled An exhibit of the works of Marie Cieniewicz of Reading, Pa., will continue through December 2 in the Gallery Lounge. The exhibit, coordinated by the Student Activities Office, features paintings and prints in various mediums, based on themes in nature. Law school news service available The Law School Admission Council is offering a news service for students who are interested in or preparing to enter law school. The service is a four-part program of publications, services and self evaluation materials that will help students explore questions about the admission process of law school, the aims of legal education and the range of careers available with a law degree. Graduate school catalogs available The Counseling Center maintains a complete set of graduate school catalogs to aid students and faculty in graduate school planning and preparing applications. This year the center has received a number of duplicate copies for some of the catalogs. Any faculty member or student who wants a personal copy of a particular catalog can stop by the Counseling Center in W-117. Gekas seeks congressional interns George W. Gekas, a member of the Judiciary Committee of the 17th Congressional District, is seeking interns to work in his Washington, D.C. office during the summer or spring of 1984. Interns will be given an in-depth look at the operation of the legislative branch of the federal government, as well as the opportunity to engage in congressional projects. The non-paying internships are open to any undergraduate student. Interns must be available at least eight hours per week and serve for a minimum of two months.
