Page Six SUB Activities Agenda The Behrend Student Union Board’s schedule of events for the upcoming week is filled with activities running the gamut of interests. A film classic, supernatural program, and mini concert are featured at Behrend in the days to follow. On Sunday, November 12, the movie classic “The Mouse That Roared” will have two showings at 7 and 9 p.m. in the RUB Lec ture Hall. The film concerns the story of a tiny country which declares war on the United States, while expecting to lose the battle, and stars Peter Sellers, Jean Seberg, William Hartnell and David Kossoff. The little group invades New York during an air raid alert, when the streets are deserted. Unaware that they are supposed to lose the war, they capture a scientist and his assistant and their newly invented, terrifying weapon. The complications that arise because of their mistake make for a delightful story. Prices for “The Mouse That Roared” are 35 cents with an activity card and a dollar without. An exciting new program comes to Behrend on Wednesday, November 15. Ed and Lorraine Warren, investigators of the supernatural will ‘ bring background data, photos, sildes and taped interviews of their documented case histories of hauntings and witchcraft to the. RUB Lecture Hall. The Warrens have devoted a lifetime to the study of psychic phenomenon. Lorraine is a clairvoyant and Ed a researcher and investigator of paranormal Local Group Offe The Women’s Liberation Group of Erie has copies of “The Birth Control Handbook” available free of charge at the office of Planned Parenthood, room 820 in the Baldwin Building, 10th and State, Erie. The Handbook includes topics on human sexuality such as anatomy, conception, con traception, sterilization, abortion and venereal disease. The uses of oral contraceptives, intrauterine devices, condoms, the diaphragm, spermicides, rhythm and other methods are explained in detail. Planned Parenthood seeks to provide leadership for the universal acceptance of family planning as an essential element of responsible parenthood, stable family life and social harmony. Education and information about human reproduction and human sexuality are available from the speakers bureau. The Story of Eric The Childbirth Education Association of Erie announces a film showing November 14 at 8 p.m. in the Villa Maria College Lecture Hall. The film, “The Story of Eric,’’ will be introduced by Dr. David Doupe, an Erie doctor currently practicing ob stetrics and gynecology. The film will be followed by a question and answer period led by Dr. Doupe. The film depicts a modem couple anticipating the birth of their first child. It shows the interpersonal relationship bet ween the husband and wife, their of psychiatrists, doctors, and activity. Together with the help mediums they have documented over 300 cases of genuine haun tings, poltergeists activity, spirit possessions, astral projections, demonology and witchcraft. The Warrens have had their own television talk show and have appeared as guests on numerous radio and television programs. Admission prices for this unique presentation are set at 75 cents with an activity card and $1.50 without. Erie Hall will be the scene of a doctor and the hospital during the events leading to the birth of the child.
