SGA has finished ap

Court. The court con

that were all nominated
by the president of SGA.
The court has many
different functions
across campus, but
mainly works with stu

deals with any griev

against or on behalf of
the SGA.
According to their
Constitution, the
Supreme Court deals
with any breaches of the
SGA Constitution, or
any rule or policy for the
student constitutions or

It's huge, it's wide,
will it work? Behrend's
plans for the future are
vast and seemingly end

The administration
has a goal of reaching
7,500 students within

Planning will be done
with the help of the cur
riculum task force
members, the SGA Aca
demic chair, the com
mittee and a couple of
students.
They are going to take
a look at Behrend
strengths and weak
nesses and also stu
dent's needs and
interests.
"The plan is to get
more students, and with
that we need more pro
grams in place," said the

"If the SGA makes a
decision on something
like removing a club or
removing a candidate
from the ballot and the
club or candidate
wanted to appeal the de
cision they would go to
the Supreme Court for
that appeal," said SGA
President Steven
Burger.
Each side would then
argue their cases in
front of the Supreme
Court which is made up
of mainly non-SGA
members making it an
impartial organization.
The five new justices
are lead by Chief Justice

and Jason Golbieski,
with each serving a one
year term.
