She is the Director of Sports Medicine Nutrition. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh. She has a Master's degree in Public Health and is a registered dietician. Bonci is also a well-known media spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association.
