Those attending will gather in room 114 of the Science Building The Mehalso Observatory was funded through a gift from Rob ert and Elizabeth Mehalso and their family. Mr. Mehalso at tended Behrend in 1961 and 1962. The Observatory features a four-foot-long refracting telescope with a seven-inch diameter lens. Also included is a CCD that will record and save pictures from the telescope.
