The season of the Penn State - Be
hrend men's basketball team came to
a screeching halt the weekend before
spring break as they lost to a highly
talented Lebanon Valley college in the
first round of the ECAC playoffs by
a score of 76 - 49.
"We played a very tough team who
outplayed us in every aspect of the
game," said junior Matt Plizga.
The Lions conclude their season
with an impressive record of 18 - 9.
Although they did get bounced in the
first round of ECAC playoffs, they
didn't end the season without any big
accomplishments, such as winning the
first ever AMCC title.
The Lions overcame adversity all
year long as they lost their leading
scorer Andy Lawrence at the begin
ning of the season, not to mention
overcoming a slow start before reel
